About Us

Giovanni has worked in all aspects of land development including the public sector, as a private consultant and within the construction industry. His knowledge of all sides of the land development spectrum has helped him navigate the design and entitlement process throughout New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. He has experience in, but not limited to, residential plot plans, variances, minor/major subdivision and site plan design and approvals. He has testified in front of many Land Use Boards in the Tri-State area.
